Capture your employees ideas web-based on a cell phone, tablet or PC. Have ideas processed by an idea manager in the central model, the direct supervisor in the supervisor model or in the hybrid model. The respective responsibilities are automatically assigned in the idea management software and deadlines are monitored. The status of the idea can be viewed graphically by the submitter at any time.
